• Our programs are designed for children ages 3–15.

• A parent or legal guardian must complete registration on behalf of the child.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make decisions for the child.

 

2. Registration & Payments

• Program enrollment requires full or partial payment at the time of registration.

• All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or approved third-party providers.

• Prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but may receive a credit toward future sessions at our discretion.

• Camps and multi-week sessions may have separate refund policies stated during registration.

 

4. Health & Safety

• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information during registration.

• Children with allergies, medications, or special health considerations must be disclosed in advance.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised.

• All staff are background-checked and trained in CPR/First Aid.

 

5. Code of Conduct

• We maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.

• Children are expected to follow coach directions and show respect toward peers.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

 

6. Liability Waiver

By registering, you acknowledge and accept that participation in physical or creative activities involves inherent risks. You agree not to hold Love & Fire Adaptive Programs, its staff, or partners liable for injury, illness, or damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 

7. Photography & Media

• During registration, you may choose to opt in or out of photography/video consent.

• With consent, images and videos may be used for promotional, educational, or community purposes.

• We will never sell personal information or share media without consent.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (logos, images, text, designs) is the property of Love & Fire Adaptive Programs.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
